Stephanie Kneissl is a Vienna-based designer who works on exhibitions, objects, installations and various other projects.
Her projects revolve around algorithms, sex education, virtual coffee houses and interactive museums. For her, design is an explorative medium to tell stories about our relationships, rituals, habits, and culture. Her work explores out relationship to science and technology and their impact on the world around us.
She is working at ISTA, Institute for Science and Technology Austria as a curator for the upcoming VISTA Science Experience Center opening in October 2025.
She is part of Design in Gesellschaft (DING).
